Vincent Bastille learned it from the ground up: the kick drum at 124 BPM, filtered synths, gospel vocals that transform a dance floor into something almost sacred.

Archive
Before the Madonna remixes and the Beatport rankings, there were the first tracks — recorded without a safety net, at a time when French house music was still searching for its voice. These archives have been restored, remastered, and published on Bandcamp.
The Legacy album gathers remastered originals from the 2000s: Percubata, Africaans, Princess Liquid — tracks that define the aesthetic of the era. The Gumbing album reaches even further back into the West-African groove that has always run through the work.
The Remixes (Legacy) compilation chronicles twenty years of reinterpretations: versions that never had an official release, DJ edits, bootlegs that became set classics.
